Some of these suggestions will be in general and some will be for mobile. Please add feedback and opinions so Otters can improve on this new bag.
GENERAL
- Account bound toys state, "It will unlock for all characters on your account." but, if a new toon is created, that toon will not have any of these account bound toys. This is not how something account bound should work, if I buy a snowball so I can use on all my toons but create a new one after someone gifted me a toon for Christmas, I shouldn't have to buy another snowball just because that toon was created after I used my first toy. Similarly, if someone has Ardent Society it goes on all characters on your account, even if you make a new one, and across all servers unlike the toys yet they share the same description of all characters on your account. This is not a request to just change the description, it being account bound should mean the characters on that account should have that toy regardless of whether they're a new toon or not. It not being across servers does make sense.
- Add Cooldown visual similar to feats with their dark state
- Leave the toy bag opened until closed, maybe this could be a setting option whether to have it as is or opened until closed. When taking some screenshots for events or what not, I want use as many toys as possible sometimes such as fireworks so that it is a flashy picture but, because the bag closes each time it is not possible to have as many visual effects as before.
- Something to note if the toy is soul bound or account bound, this could be as simple as on top left corner of the toy it has an A symbol or separate bags for soul bound and account bound which are separate by just a line but still be opened from the same toy bag. This is so that when looking for a toy on toon B but can't find it I can see on toon A that it was soul bound. This could also make it so it's easier to organize the toy bag.
- Ability to add consumable use toys into toy bag, an extension of the above point of soul bound toy bag section and account bound toy section, a third section for consumables could be added.
MOBILE
- The toy bag icon is inside of the minimap if using large map, this is because it does not move when between the two map size settings. The placement should be dynamic or entirely relocation or allow customization of placement of icons for mobile players.
This is a side note of this point, the crown shop is also inside the minimap and don't know if intended.

Items having a cooldown should show the cooldown somewhere. The only place in the interface where the items appear is in the toy menu, so that’s where it should appear. Otherwise, you have people clicking an interface item and it fails and gives zero feedback. Greyed out, tooltip line item… something better than “I pushed the button and it didn’t work and I can’t see why”.

Totally agree with the OP, somethings I'd like to add
- I don't like the always on arranging mode. I often do a little wrist flick whenever I click my mouse(I think habit from playing FPS game), which make the game think I'm trying to rearrange the toys, instead of using them. Would be cool if there is a button to enter/leave rearranging mode or like spell use right click to rearrange and left click to use.
- Old toys that have toy slot (front, back, left right)
will lose their toy slot description after transferred into the toy box. It still work properly at the slot they're supposed to be, both version can be added to the toy box, and can be used at the same time.
so would be cool if the description can be updated

In addition to the "Sort Alphabetically" for the toys, another one by "Obtained By" for when we got it.
Another one which a friend really wants is a "Redo Sort" Button because of how many times they have pressed sort alphabetically but did not want to sort it and has to sort dozens of toys again
Having a "favorite toy" option so that these toys are always on the top
Keeping the sorting of our toys and mounts between patches. With the recent update, it has reset all sorting done, it would be much better if we did not have to sort them each time the game updates.

With the newest patch, the amount of toons that can be made has increased from 7 to 10.
I would like to again bring up that toys are not truly account bound. When using an account bound toy to put in the toy box, it only puts it in the toy box of existing toons. It does not appear in the toy box of any new toons that you create. Account bound toys should be bound to all toons, having to rebuy toys because we have new toons is unfair to players who bought and used these toys under the assumption that toys are account bound as the description states.

Well today I decided to start a new toon which is something I have not done in years. So I made myself a Lightning warrior and was kind of interested in trying a tank since im more of a cleric, priest, and rogue kind of person. I spawned in and went to the outfits to jazz myself up a bit, then decided to pop a toy until I was surprised with an empty toybox. Now im mentioning this because I spent my hard earned money buying toys and buying chest and keys to open to get toys that are suppose to be account bound and applied to all characters on the account. So I would love to know why are they not added to new toons they are still part of the account and the outfits and AS mount and toy are added but none of the ones I spent my money getting. So when you buy a new pc for your household to use its for everyone but then if someone else moves in do you have to buy another pc? No you don't, and why well its because its yours you payed for it. I feel like those toys are mine I payed for them under the impression they were for all toons account wide, if this is not the case and there are exceptions to the rule then those exceptions should have been made clear before the purchase. This need to be addressed. As of right now i have no interest in playing a new toon if I have to rebuy all those toys.

I would submit a CS ticket and see if they will provide your new toon with the toys. If not, then you can decide what move is appropriate.

Haha if you would have read the post i said i started new toon you dont get to ardent till around lvl 12 and those free toys are not the issue its the toybox full of premium sccount bound toys that are suppose to be for all toons on account like i stated in the first post.

When I started a new toon, it had no premium account toys which I had on other toons. So that NPC gave me those toys. So what I misunderstood? Wasn't talking about free toys, although these were also in toybox.

But, I went to check my 6 toons, and one of them IS missing a toy. It's from the slot we got as a gift. Problem is with so many toons and so many toys it's hard to notice if all is there. Maybe more than one is missing, don't know.

I just now ran my toon to ardent to the toy maker and all I got was the regular free toys no premium toys. i am missing about 50 or so toys that should be on all toons and that's unacceptable. If they had simply said in description for all current characters on account there would be no issue but it plainly says all characters on account .

I am missing toy only for my 6th toon, the one I created from gifted slot like a month ago or so. I remember well for toons 2 to 5, NPC from Ardent gave me premium toy.

I had 2 extra character slots I used the free one they gave us for this toon I had it stuffed away in a vault. It really don't or should not matter if its the free one or not its still a character on this account. I don't have have a problem with the fact that I spent money on the game anyone from US3 can tell you I spend a lot on it. I would still spend money on the game and buy toys even if they were not account bound to all characters, but since they are suppose to be for all characters im not gonna spend all that money rebuying the same toys for a new toon. Just because I spend a lot don't mean im a dummy lol. I spend to support the game and to help all those people out that are unable to buy crowns. In my opinion the proper way to handle this is to make sure that the current toys people have purchased are added to any new toons they make. If they want to change it after that that's fine just make sure it states plainly that they will be for all current characters not "all".

Have you tried opening the toybox AFTER talking to the Ardent NPC? I believe he adds the account bound toys to the toybox. If they are not there, you should send a CS ticket.

This is for all of the characters that currently exist.
When you create new characters they do not have any of the toys that your previous characters have unlocked. If you want the same toys you’d have to buy them all again or find them all again to unlock again for those new characters.
These are the present facts.

Well it seems the Devs has made their decision and will not be giving my new toon the toys or pets. So it seems the free character slot that was given to players was for more than just saying sorry but I now believe it served a dual purpose #1 to make players happy while at the same time knowing this would create more revenue by people making new toons and having to rebuy all those little things that you have fun with on your toon. It.s OK though I personally will never spend another dime on the game. As the old saying goes "Get me once it's your fault, get me twice it's my fault" well it's not gonna be my fault. So basically this gonna get swept under the rug like so many things do, but it.s okay, I will just consider it as a lesson learned.
