Hi, Everyone! It's here at last! We will be bringing the servers down sometime within the next three hours today to push our new build to live which contains, among other the things, the Oases of Anuk'Amon event zone! 
As always, we cannot give an exact time, but we will post a 15 minute warning in-game prior to bringing down the servers.

I am unable to update the Sac after the patch. I get an error message unable to connect to the server.
Just a FYI, a lot of people have been confused about the new quests. It's not spelled out clearly you need to do the quest to open the Pyramid to get the new quests. It's led to a lot of questions.

I'm really enjoying the EZ, but I wish the smaller bounties (that are often solo'd) would respawn more quickly. It's never fun to wait for respawns. Also, the main map shows bosses/items located in the new Pyramid and this has been confusing for some players.

Yea I wish they had done what they did with vale and put them off to the side. I wonder if they could make it show the “underground map” on its own tab. Not enjoying this zone at all. Who ever decided that we needed a kill quest before entering the pyramid did not think through the fact that it is very hard to get around in the zone and most people will kill bounties you need for the quest before many can even get to the bounty because of the difficulty in getting around the zone. Many don't want to wait for others because they are rushing to the next bounty so THEY don't miss out on a kill. Also, not all players like the ladder system. Yes, I know, it will slow down in the zone but by the time it does, interest is lost. So, because of others rushing ahead and killing without waiting for others, some get access the first day to the pyramid while it could take a week or more for those who can not play all day or get too frustrated to even stay in zone because everything gets killed before they can even get to it.

Is the quest from EZ-Akiiki only specific to one character per account? I did the quest on my main, while my alt cannot get the quest from npc Akiiki.

Pretty sure you have to go through portal to activate the quest. I could be wrong. But when I ported in it didn’t pop up when I went through portal it did.

If Halleebell's advice doesn't work, try porting to Ardent City. That's how I got the original quest to pop up on some of my alts.

Not sure if anyone tested the mobs inside the pyramid are way overboard for lower level players. It is seriously annoying for lower levels to kill in order to get to the gathering nodes or the ladder due to the respawn mobs. I mean it’s random but the ones that have rock hurling abilities that take 33% damage or the ones that stun you for 10 seconds is really ridiculous for a low level to get by and not die by a mob that’s meant to be easy to kill?. It’s fine if your a 95 but anyone lower then 80 it’s a pain dying and then spawning all the way back to the middle of the map and then you are going all the back to repeat the same process. This isn’t appealing and this needs to change! Doesn’t make sense to have mobs in packs of three that kill you in order to do the quests.
Please look into this and change these mobs damage/health for the lower players.
