What if I don’t do the quests before I rebirth, am I good to go then? Or must I complete them before I rebirth?Pretty sure yes. In general I’ve heard rebirthing during events is discouraged. I dont think you can redo them. Only one way to find out though....![]()

Yea I don’t understand why this isn’t something we do. We did have something similar before all the changes. Like armor has a 50% cap and you are at 41% well it was something like that. I looked at those pretty religiously when reworking gear and I’m honestly not sure why they thought removing that was a good idea.I'd also like to see diminishing returns removed and a solid cap given in the tool-tips, so we know how close we are to maxing each stat and once maxed, we can place points elsewhere.
For example... "You have 1500/2000 possible points in Poise, giving you 15% increased damage when your health is above 95%."
This tool-tip tells me that 100 points = 1% increased damage and I may add up to 500 more points, to max my Poise at 20% increased damage.
If all stats were explained in this simple fashion, then players could easily understand the value of the points on their gear and decide which stats, will most benefit their build.

I rebirthed a new character after completing all the EZ quests. I can't redo the big quests... like Beetallion, the 250 kill quests, 1500 Apple Crisps, etc... but my dailies reset and are working fine.What if I don’t do the quests before I rebirth, am I good to go then? Or must I complete them before I rebirth?

Yea I don’t understand why this isn’t something we do. We did have something similar before all the changes. Like armor has a 50% cap and you are at 41% well it was something like that. So for 95s we are end game, so we can advance our gear and weapons to the maximum threshold. All the the other levels don’t get affected since it’s impossible to maximize each stat. Example my lvl 42 toon with full buffs was terrible stat wise, even though I fully gnogment it, compared to my lvl 95. So If we go back to that way before that no diminished returns, which I agree needs to go, but then add relics into the mix we would be to way over the top in our 95s simply nerfing elders, ez bosses and raids.. I feel relics away it makes sense that 50% is 50% and not 45%.
I get the points. Truely do, just the relics are additional stats for outside game. I would rather that bosses outside and inside or raids are scaled up more, tweak this and that, to give it more difficult in the situation like raids and elder 95s so that we can see the true value for everyone to get and then the relics are additional points to help us on let’s say a different boss. So each boss would need a different relic to help us get through. I like game to give us a challenge.

But it would help players begin to calculate and understand what they are investing in. Relics are side content and should remain so. When I said "1500/2000 points"... I meant the 1500 would be your current points and the 2000 would be max for your current level. As we level up, the max points we could have in each stat would increase... encouraging us to craft, loot or buy better gear... to try and max the stats we want, in each gear set.Lol I know. I am all 100% agreement!!! I really loved season one for relics, it stayed in raids.. now that we have no relics, I’ve noticed that dps players are closer together. But that’s another story...
Also like zaphs idea!

I’m not saying I didn’t like relics. I did. To an extent. They livened up end game and give non cap players small boosts while lvling. I just think they are diff topics though they meet at some point. The over all aspect of stats shouldn’t revolve around something that isn’t in game 100% of the time. If they want to implement them forever more then yea it definitely needs to be considered in the discussion of gear/stats, how the system works. Also I think the way it was all implemented was a fail and could or would have had a better outcome if it was pushed back and finished before implementing. But I think vital points were missed l, when the idea new stat change was thought out. I don’t think in any way shape or form was the new stat system easier. If anything it was quite a bit more confusing for the player who’s actually trying to perfect their build or for the player who makes their alts gear. If they didn’t want diminishing returns why could it not be with flat numbers rather then %s.(in the way Zaph said) Why were the visible caps removed from the equation so players didn’t know that hey I have 44% of 50% of this stat time to start looking at another stat to elevate. Most players i know have a pretty decent idea how to go about working on gear and at one point we were all new and learning the ways of gear and had little to no idea what we were looking at. I think over time the ones who wanted to invest in the gear system learned it either by asking questions or watching what happened as they went. This is just my personal opinion about it. There might have been issues with the old system but it worked. There could of been small tweaks made that wouldn’t have caused so much grief on both the player and devs. But now we have this. I just hope that if there is any future changes that they really look at it and say hey is this really easier for the community or does it just look cool. Is it catering to the entire player base or an extremely small portion of them and is there and actual benefit from doing so.I am all 100% agreement!!! Yes, please shorten the spawn time. Even when I'm sitting there waiting I still miss it sometimes because other players arrive and kill so quickly that the fairy drops dead before my attack can even reach it. It is beyond frustrating.I would really like it if the spawntime of the small bosses in vale could be reduced to half a minute or a minute. for each you have to stand waiting around for about 2 minutes before you can kill it. if you are unlucky you see it going down in the distance while running towards it and you have to wait even longer.
Small suggestion for future Vale's: Please add icons for the ladder starting relics on the local map

i would like to see a few mobs together, groupings like in pyrron. Who doesnt love a good old AOE bonanza? It would be fun.
ps: you could even make the grouped mobs a wee bit harder

I really don't care what they do as long as long as what ever they do is transparent. As it is now most of the players just bang heads against walls, throw up hands then walk away. What the heck does a ">" mean and when does it stop meaning anything? I just want something to tell me when my tank is full.
It's Otters game. They need to make it the best one they can. I do think they take what we say in consideration but in the end they see the big picture. I am just playing on a little laptop trying to have fun. I will keep playing as long as I am having fun but as for the gear.. I have no desire to consider anything other than what color the clothes are. If you want a healing Tweety you will help her and make her strong because she has no desired to do anything except have fun.

I just had to give a shout-out about the new Fawn mount. I got her this morning after indulging in the wonderful crown sale and I must say, I am SO pleased. She's beautiful, and her animations are perfect and very lifelike - her jump is nothing shy of wonderful! Thanks devs!
