We are currently in need of a Russian game moderator for our EU1 server. We are looking for a responsible volunteer who is fluent in English, has familiarity with V&H, and can help us better communicate with our Russian player base.
Game Moderators act as representatives of Mad Otter. The primary role of a mod is to act as a liaison between players and Management, and to ensure that players maintain appropriate levels of conduct as outlined in our Terms of Service.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a reasonable amount of time flexibility (i.e. are in-game fairly regularly)
- Have a suitable amount of knowledge about V&H. We aren’t asking for seasoned veterans, just a volunteer who is well versed in the game and will be able to provide help and assistance to other players as needed.

Russians don't need a moderator. I can offer my position. To block players with ads and sales. But I have not seen this in the chat. And we swear often and everyone is used to it)) about the connection with the administration. such players often leave the game. or don't want to do it

Thats not the truth. Many people switched to english because did not want to saw that trash heap which you so enjoy. By swearing so much you show only the low level of your culture evolution and scare off normal people.
