We have filled in enough of this guide for me to consider it complete. The only things missing are the relic abilities. If you have anything not in the list, send me a screenshot of the ability that looks like the ones already in the table. Thank you all very much!

Disclaimer: This is still technically a work in progress. So we will be filling in the tables in this post with abilities as we find them. I would like to ask that anyone who finds something not on this list let me know (Math Fish in US3 or Logical Loach in test) so that I can update it. If you find a Rune Ability, get a screenshot of the ability and post it here or send it via forum mail or discord (Math_Fish#3803 in discord).

Revision (January 21, 2021): Epics are starting to appear ... and are generally improved versions of the rare ones. Thanks to @Neia for persistently going after some of these. If anyone has any more to add to the list (or finds something missing), please let me know.

Revision (January 23, 2021):
  • A lot of epics and a couple of legendaries have come in. I also discovered the image limit is 50 today! Thank you all for sending these images in.
  • I also scaled any clear-cut values based on the values given by @Giruv:
    • 1% for Inferior
    • 2% for Common
    • 3% for Uncommon
    • 5% for Rare
    • 7% for Epic
    • 10% for Legendary
  • We are still looking for:
    • missing Rare, Epic, and Legendary rune abilities
    • missing oddball values in the tables (all levels)
Revision (January 24, 2021): I have gone through every relic and updated the values to match exactly with what they should be giving (as opposed to the display value). Note that on occasion there will be some odd rounding, but I am fairly confident that these values are exact. The only things missing at this point are some relic abilities and the celestial tier.

Revision (January 29, 2021):
  • Celestial stats have been added. They appear to be 12% (making them 12 times the Inferior values) max value.
  • All decimal values within a section now have the same number of significant figures for ease of reading.
  • I stuck all the old revisions inside a spoiler to remove the clutter and old news.
  • Various minor changes.
  • Note on Relic Abilities: I am only placing abilities from Rare and up in order. That means the abilities you see will always be rare first, epic second, legendary third, and celestial fourth. If your relic ability isn't in the table, it may be because I don't have the previous tiers yet. It may also be because you didn't send me an ability with stats on it. :p

My tierlist for the relics so far

Actives:
S:
A: Devastate (Nothing bad about it), Life Sap (The hp gain might be good but tooltip is messed up)
B: Rage (Does it really need a stun?), Avatar(Low reflect percentage)
C: Summons, Healing Aura (Low value, could work if it was instant)
Useless: Motherly Embrace (Very low value on dmg and debuff), Shriek (Could work if it was a percentage)


Passives:
S: A Shadow (Awesome), Momentum (Awesome)
A: Lucky Touch (Useful outside raids)
B: Vault (Might be fun somewhere)
Useless: Fortitude (Nope)

So far I have Rookery at 14, Bandicott at 13 and Cloister at 13.
Some of my friends claim theygot their first runes at 10.

They seems to be available since level 10, but It is very RNG based, some don't get it until around level 20 raid. Doing higher raid level as well as getting Daily and weekly reward seems to make it easier to get.

Thank you MathFish for this list.

I want to say don't write off the summons at all! I find that they can do a significant amount of damage in that one minute of time they're up. On mobile despite limited slots I found away to work in two summons into a boss fight and it makes a difference for me. I wish there was some listing of damage by the summons - they all do the same damage of course. I tried vs 65 Elders and it was ~3k damage per hit. Sprig said it was 5k vs the Elder 90 dummy in the village.

The description doesn't change at all, the cooldown, mana cost and duration is the same. Epic summons visually is slightly bigger compared to the rare version, and slightly do more damage. on my test 6k damage per hit on rare and about 6.5k damage per hit on epic(level 95).

Their damage pool seems about the same or just very slightly increase compared to the rare counterpart, some epic/legendary can actually have lower damage than the rare counterpart. The part that get big improvement is the secondary effect

would it be possible to preserve the colored border, so it is easier to tell at glance the rarity of the rune, to something like this on the table
