  1. Are quests in the pyramid too easy? Too hard? Not interesting? They are fine for an event.
  2. Is the layout of the pyramid interesting? Is it too confusing? Inside it’s fine but when looking at the map it’s very confusing. If we could have two maps that would be ideal. When looking at the map do you guys not get confused on what’s going on?
  3. Are the Guardians (basic mobs) in the pyramid too hard? Too easy? For 95 they are solid but for low lvls like 80 below it could be a problem. On my wizard I can stun but not all classes have that.
  4. Are the bosses (Ruhak, Toses, and Imhotep) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting? If you want a wide range of players to be able to complete I’d say they are a bit to hard. The amount of stuns that happens is over the top. It really needs to be toned down. If you are just wanting high lvl players to participate then I guess it’s okay you still need a decent size group but it’s fine.
  5. Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting? I actually really like this ladder. I really enjoy all the elements you guys put into it! I don’t really have any negative feedback about it. I prefer it over vale ladder.

    It’s really early in the event and we are seeing trouble forming groups with the ladder but there’s a lot to do. So I’m hoping this changes here soon.
I almost want to say add a quest for the ladder. But I know that was a issue last time and a lot of people didn’t like that you had to finish the hard ladder for a quest. But I guess if people are still having trouble getting groups to run ladder that’s something to think of for next year.

  1. Are quests in the pyramid too easy? Too hard? Not interesting? I think they are fine. Not overly difficult, but I wouldn’t want them to be since there is so much content in Oases to finish in one day.
  2. Is the layout of the pyramid interesting? Is it too confusing? I like it. It’s a little confusing at first, but with a few run-throughs you get the hang of it. I do wish, as mentioned above, the maps didn’t overlap. Seeing the underground bounties show up on the desert map is very confusing.
  3. Are the Guardians (basic mobs) in the pyramid too hard? Too easy? The stuns are too long, and this makes them too hard. You get stunned and mobbed and then you are dead.
  4. Are the bosses (Ruhak, Toses, and Imhotep) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting? I like bosses that need cooperation from different classes to be brought down. For me they are perfect.
  5. Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting? I like this ladder. The mechanics are fun and interesting. Just a few suggestions: the aoe on the first water boss is not visible for me on mobile. A clearer mechanic would help the mobile players see what is going on. The second boss is fun! That one is my favorite. The third boss seems a little strong, I haven’t made it through that one without dying yet (on my 95 toons. 😬). The fourth one is also fun. Good timing between runes popping up and giving enough time to move off of them. I like this ladder better than vale, personally.

1) the Quests are good, not too hard or too easy.
2) the layout can be confusing but personally I think it's part of the fun!
3) For my lvl 95 warrior they are like mobs in the game.
4) AllThe bosses are hard but that is good because it takes a group.
The only part I'd like to see changed is the stun locks that happen, mostly the warrior Turn the Tide but others as well. I got stun locked to death a number of times with my warrior, even after using a dram of liberation. One fight with 2 of us against a bounty boss I was being stunned every 3-5 strikes by my toon.
The stuns last far too long even with the Liberation dram (or the drams are not working). Two of us were killing mobs and I got stunned for the entire fight the other person had with Guardians. If you could maybe pull back on stuns that would help.

Guards in pyramid stagger and overlap stuns. The length of the stun is longer than I can survive. I am not sure if I die because the stun time is too long or because the stuns overlap.

I Love Love Love the pyramid ladder. I can't find my way out of a paper bag but the pyramid is fun fun fun.. You did a great job! Very nice addition to spice things up.

Since the events hardly change much, as a long term player i kinda lost interest in the events.
Newer players might find them interesting but for the older ones are the events getting a bit boring.
Inside the pyramid is very new and very different you might want to do enough of the "old stuff" to check out the new content.

The mobs are a bit hard for solo players as are the non ladder bosses (maybe make the NL bosses venerable strength scaled) however the ladder bosses are meant to be a group effort and should remain so. I am still trying to find the backpack due to "deaths by guardians" the fossils quest I was able to do without attracting attention from guardians ad there was rubble piles just inside the pyramid entrance the fish ponds will be harder if the mobs are not toned down a bit.
One Key Thing!! the middle of the Zone Map needs to be decluttered a bit!!! This could be accomplished some by just moving the ladder bosses to the edges of the map like in Vale (or distinguishing them somehow from the mummy bounties aboveground).

    • The quest objectives themselves are fine, but the ones in the pyramid are difficult to complete because of the Guardians.

    • After exploring a bit it's pretty easy to get around. Although the door to the ladder threw me off cause I didn't know it was meant to open lol.

    • Too hard for an EZ meant for all lvls. My 95 priest nearly died a few times and liberty dram doesn't seem to work (or at least I notice it doesn't work more often than if it does). Only reasons my 95 hasn't died yet is cause there's someone helping or I'm able to quickly heal myself. My lower lvl toons just get murdered in 2 seconds.
  4. Are the bosses (Ruhak, Toses, and Imhotep) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting?
    • They're fine if you've got a decent healer and tank.
  5. Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting?
    • On my 95... died on Tefnut the first time, dunno what was killing me. Jumped in again when she was nearly died. Second boss (Geb?) is pretty easy to understand and stay alive on. Died on third and never met the fourth.
Like the others have mentioned, having both the above ground and underground bounties/bosses appear on the map with no distinction makes things very confusing. I stood at a spot for like 5 minutes thinking it had died and would respawn eventually, but it never did. When a skull is lit up it would be nice to tell if it's above or under at a glance instead of long tapping and guessing if the name belongs to someone in the pyramid or not.

Also, is there a reason for the regular mobs (bog frogs, spiders, and yetis) to still be aggressive (attacking us when we get too close)? The map is huge and it's such a pain running to the next boss only to get whacked and/or webbed every so often on the way. Those poor non-premium mounted toons.

I like it over all, but as someone else mentioned, the new bounties confuse people. They keep asking where they are, wherever they are underground etc. Maybe have a different map for the pyramid that will become active when you enter the pyramid? That can confuse us less.
Also yes the guardians are hard to kill if you don't have a aoe stun that would allow you to kill them one by one (if you're killing them solo) and i struggled a lot on my shadow priest. And THE STUN!!!! I can't do anything, each of their hits deal god knows how much damage, and I'm gone in seconds.
And I'm not nagging about new content, but kinda not happy with having a new ladder. Ladder was always something unique to Vale, but now another ladder (that is more like empowered ladder in terms of difficulty) is added. So Vale lost that uniqueness.
Usually in ladder the first boss is easier than the others, but so far I've only died fighting Tefnut so not sure about them having a good order.
And maybe make fossils more common? I had to gather more than 500 pyramid rubbles to find those 5 i needed :/

1) The gathering quest inside the pyramid needs to have the nodes tweaked. One quest needed 5 fossils but it took over 100 blue supplies while using a premium gathering tool to get 5 to complete the quest. That is far too many supplies to complete a quest that only needs 5 of that item. Increased quantity of items gained from each gather or increase the rate of that specific item would help make this quest a bit more bearable.
2) It is not clear that the npc is the teleporter into the pyramid.
3) Having the pyramid in the middle of the map does not help and is confusing. Vale had all the ladder on the bottom of the map which helped separate them from all the other bounties, something similar would help Oasis' map as well.
4) It would be great if the enemies in Oasis didn't auto aggro just like how Vale was changed.
5) A guardian using earth shard will do ~60%health in dmg with that one spell. Guardians are in groups of 3's, they can't be individually picked and rely more on just stunning them and killing them before they can do anything (if you have a stun), the guardians can be any class, so if there's 2 that use earth shard....
6) The bosses stun too much. Fighting Toses and Imhotep were extremely unpleasant with most of the fight being stunned. It's not fun being stun locked for the majority of the fight. They were not interesting.
7) The pyramid ladder bosses were interesting, each were unique but, there is very little visual queues that can be seen for Tefnut and Aten.

Are they interesting?Tefnut I can't see aoe on andriod and Aten lightning is so quick nearly impossible to move off runes in time, took 3 attempts to finally complete today, one other thing I am going mention there is alot of lag during ladder fight (possibly due to pharaohs being killed same time geb was interesting on fire but couldn't see figure out of grates coming out, Kauket was well balanced could see his aoe right off to move from shadow blast

Not hard maybe need more quests.. and as for now, people would just barge in to kill them.. with cd it would probably less chaos. The pyramid layout is ok.. it is not large we could explore, like tomb.

2. Is the layout of the pyramid interesting? Is it too confusing? In the pyramid is cool.. just the map is messy.. preferably 2 maps, like you would see these elders when your IN the pyramid.
3 Are the Guardians (basic mobs) in the pyramid too hard? Too easy? They are alittle off balance.. like the guardians are spawning too fast, it took a alittle time for my 95 hunter- they spawn at every corners too like in a few second. It is alittle cramp.. claustrophobic.. rooms and some elders are too large for the room. Stun alittle long that causes death for quite a few..

4 Are the bosses (Ruhak, Toses, and Imhotep) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting? Not too hard as i assumed it meant for group kill.. interesting? their names yes, other then that no.
5 Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting. Not too hard and great for big group kill - its cool and different
i have not done alot of the ladder and overpowered run.. would get back into it in a couple of weeks. ty

Hello everyone,

I know that the patch is new, but I wanted to start a discussion to get some feedback on the Pyramid of Anuk'Amon. The goal (as with any event zone) is to have content that is both fun and challenging for all players. Obviously, this goal is hard to achieve initially because of the wide range of player/character levels. Fortunately, nothing in the game is static, so we can always change things to make the game better. The easiest way to figure out what changes to make is to get your thoughts on it.

With all that being said, I'll start things off with some questions. Feel free to answer as many or as little as you like:

They are fine , some new players find it difficult to locate entrance to pyramids, but those who ask in WC get help.

It is interesting , fun I would say.

Other then the stun skill from furry guardian rest is easy, guardian hit hard but they have low hp so it makes it ok, u just have to take a hit from each or stun then first.
4. Are the bosses (Ruhak, Toses, and Imhotep) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting?
They are interesting but hard.. they deal too much dmg , even with 3-4 healers constantly casting heals , many die , new players die very easy there , even cap players have it rough.
And if u don't have a tank class with u, agro goes to dmg dealer , and dmg dealer die in one / two shot.

5. Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting?

PERSONAL request … I’d like the map colors reversed …. Light color for sand and dark color for rocky/hilly areas. It’s counterintuitive to me right now. THNX for reading and for always improving the game!

Speaking of maps:
1. Add the new pyramid, to the map, please.
2. Separate the above ground map, from the underground map, the way it is now is muddled, and confusing,
i.e. above ground map while in Oasis, and underground map when you're inside the pyramid.

It wil be yet another hard to do scenario, i like to play for fun, not to stress out.

The whole game is losing its charme this way, it is all rushed or intence fighting, i like to play relaxed.
The latest updates are absolutely not to my liking, and ofc others might like it it would be selfish to condemm it all.
In my opinion everything should be able to solo in your own pase, the timelimits in raids and the ladder type bosses are absolutely not like that, they should change raidstyle in something like being allowed to die 3 times and after that kicked out and not able to enter for a hour, that way it makes you able to clear it in your own pase.
also the ladder should be able to solo and if you fail at one point, be able to go directly back to the point you failed.

The bosses in pyramid are way too hard for low level players, stuns are too often, lasts for tooooo looong and are so annoying ... And cooldown of 22 hours for pyramid quests and bosses is unfit and wrong ... Could it be made so its 16 hours like anything else in zone ? It is also hard to find group for pyramid bosses because once players finish their daily task they are not interested to kill these again ...

I'm enjoying the quests, but the drop-rate for gathered items could be better and even though I explored the entire pyramid, killed all the bounties and finished the ladder... I didn't find the backpack.

A bit confusing at first, but it was fun exploring and easy to remember the layout.

As a Fire Wiz, I have an AOE stun and plenty of AOE dps. As long as I only aggro one group at a time, I'm good.

They are too hard for me to solo... even with fully gnogged Legendary gear, health/mana pots, food buffs and gralla.

5. Are the bosses (Tefnut, Geb, Aten, and Kauket) too hard? Too easy? Are they interesting?
Too hard for me to solo, but with a good tank and heals they were fun. I enjoyed dodging the various attacks and I think I used two rezzies, to complete the ladder.

I'm really enjoying the new content and I'd like to see a different "Ladder" for each EZ, with challenging mechanics. And as others have mentioned, we either need 2 maps (1 for the Oases and another for inside the pyramid) or the skulls and gathering nodes should appear in another color, so we can tell they're in the pyramid.

Thanks for soliciting and listening to our feedback, it's fun to feel like we're helping to improve the game. 😃

I like the addition of the pyramid in the Oasis. It is fun and interesting to navigate the map. The mobs inside could be easier, though. If players need to search for the backpack and mine, they need to be able to get around in the pyramid without certain death for lower levels.

I like having the challenging bosses for groups to tackle, but they should not show-up as bounties on the main EZ map. It's confusing for players to find above ground vs. below ground bounties.

The ladder is extremely difficult to complete without 95 healers and a good tank. I got through as a 95 hunter with 4 healers, about 10 full heal pots and 3 rezzies. The lightening boss is sometime hard to see the runes on the floor with the lighting on the top platform. Too much yellow.

Great ideas, just maybe scale them down a little in difficulty.

I think the quests are great. The only request I would like to see implemented is to add some sort of "glow/spark" to the backpack. On the pc, it is almost invisible. I believe that on mobile the name of the item should appear on it, as with all hidden items, but on pc it is very hard to find.

at first, yes, confusing, but after a few turns you start to understand the way

As many have said here, I think that the stun they cause is very fast, many in sequence and it takes a long time to pass.

they certainly need a group to be killed, so if that was the goal, I believe it is all right

on the first boss, I did not see any circles on the floor, for the others, I still need to do this ladder a few times to get a better understanding of the mechanics, but it was fun.
