In fact, you're already there! Using the top menu you can now access anything related to V&H, including the forums. Note that as a result of this the address of the forums has changed to villagersandheroes.com/forums - so be sure to update your bookmarks. The old address will still redirect though, so don't worry about old links going dead.

I really love how seamlessly it's all integrated! (And I think my fave new feature is the Announcements banner -- So cool to have that both on the character select screen AND on the website, too!)
"forum.villagersandheroes.com" is a really old URL - it was used for our forums several years ago but hasn't been in use since. Since the old forums are no longer available, it leads to various issues when trying to access these old pages.
I changed the redirection to more specifically inform about why these links are inaccessible. Let me know if that makes things more clear!

Ivar, you never do cease to impress. I've always enjoyed digging through websites that are rich with content, especially MMO websites. There is no comparison between the old school interface they employ and the fresh, interesting designs you come up with. Great job as always at creating a crisp and modern platform that stays true to the old school feel of a fantasy MMORPG

I'm not noticing anything different initially other than my banner doesn't look like others. My banner is blank but has a box to click for a drop-down menu that covers my screen; cannot say it's convenient.

It's not planned in the short term but it's definitely something I'd like to add back in!
The appearance of the top menu depends on your screen size/resolution. On most PC screens it looks like the image posted in the first post in this thread, but if your screen resolution is very low, it switches to a smaller header since the large one would not fit. On (most) mobile devices, it also uses this smaller header for the same reason.
Your screen appears to use a width of 1280 pixels which just happens to be exactly on the threshold! Add in the scroll bar and you're a few pixels below, which results in the layout you're seeing.
I'll see if I can change the cutoff point just a little bit - there's only so much that can fit on the screen at smaller sizes, but indeed the full menu is more useful than the smaller one and since you're so close to it I think it would make things a bit more useful
