I think this also depends on how big the instanced house is. Is is big? small? single room? multiple rooms? (Don't answer the questions, those are rhetorical).

Not just tables and chairs but more than that. Let them know your favourite things for in the game! Fav games, statues, etc. These things can be crafted. Probably by complicated craft recipes. Also quest rewards and an npc you can buy items.

You mean we can write a list with stuff we want to add in the house from the game? And I mean those items that we encounter get in the zones? Like Idol of queen zoria, trader's idol, gargoyle statues, books from quests, etc?

I suppose, that is roughtly what they said on the livestream. You'd have to watch it back to hear for yourself exactly what it is they said. But as I understood it, is that there will be a place to give ideas for what we'd like to see inside the house, when the time is there
