How many shared trunks can you buy? How many shared trunks come only with Ardent Society?

I have gotten a little confused about how shared trunks are acquired these days.

2 from AS, specifically nos 5 and 6. The first 4 are purchased.

lol i have been asking for more for a long time, now we have 6, so im not going to ask for more, but i will cheer you on (mine are full already )

It certainly beats mailing items between characters with the daily limit. 5 of mine are almost permanently full with account bound and unbound items that can be used by each of my characters + consumables for top ups. The 6th I use for moving items between characters like gathered items, drops for a different class etc. Another 2 is all I need (but then I'll probably find a permanent use for them and need even more!).

I've taken to storing stuff on my alts to free up my shared vaults. Boy does THAT get confusing LOL

I have to do that as a necessity as I have 1 row in each vault for 1 item holding 8 stacks of that item. This takes up to 13 vaults on one character. I organise it by their speciality so, for example, my cook will hold all the cooking mats...oily fish, oil, meaty fish, garden produce, fruit, mushrooms etc.
