I think some of us enjoy V&H so much, that we forget it's a GAME... and players will only spend time playing, if they're having fun.
V&H is also a BUSINESS... and the Otters must have a large enough player base, to generate enough income, to keep our game up and running.
It's the Otters responsibility to prevent exploits and repair the damage, when/if they occur.
IMHO, expecting players to "tough it out"... while they wait for the game economy to stabilize and watch the exploiters parade around using stolen Darrig outfits and mounts... or leap ahead using stolen Darrig buffs... is a VERY good way, to lose honest players.

I think that ppl who place these overpriced Red chest on the AH - exploiters who tried clean their dirty gold by "legal trade". Something like "Oh! my gold is fairly gained! I got it from fair trade". In real life, criminals are cleaning money from drugs by casino-business to make money legal. So they get their "fair" gold on main account from their cheated accounts. I don't think that is hard to check who is gained a lot of premium items in last 2-3 month...I am sure that was their main goal.

Don't project your sick thoughts on my words. Thats your own opinion. BTW I have even more than 12k gold on each server and on the characters less then 10 lvl.
I had millards in the LA2 and tens of millions in the WOW and each game which I play...don't be jealous it is bad....
With my gold before exploit (around 40k) I was able to buy 50 vaults. With new prices I can buy only 8. So they steal from me 42 vaults. With "new" prices they steal more than 200k gold from me

This is absolutely NOT the way to treat your fellow players, who have every right to express their anger and frustration, over how this exploit has impacted their server.
I don't think the intention was to say that you were an exploiter, I think they merely meant to suggest that it isn't quite as simple as "x has too much gold for their level, they must be exploiting."

Sorry, but I hate cheaters. 15 years ago I had own WOW server (pirate). And I put a lot of efforts to make it playable...but cheaters destroyed it. From that time I hate and despise them in any game and it is hard to keep my anger and I want to saw them punished for thier crimes©

@Damon Otter I know that we'd all like to put this incident behind us and move on... but I have to ask... will anything be done to remove the Darrig Chest items (including mounts, fashion, toys, pets and any stockpiled combat or villager buffs), Kiwa Mounts and anything else the cheaters purchased with their exploited gold... or do they get to keep all their ill-gotten goods? 
EDIT: Ugh... I forgot about Gathering Supplies. I wonder how many exploiters used their stolen gold, to buy stacks and stacks of COG Coins and/or Blue Gathering Supplies?!

If Darrig Chests are still selling for crazy high prices... I bet it's because the exploiters have stockpiled Darrig Keys and now Chests are in high demand.

Well the issue with the exploits and the exploiters is finding the paper trail to see who it is, which unfortunately you will never find unless they make a mistake. Yes It’s obviously intended to do harm but the only way to stop auction house price is a) get rid of it (easy to delete programs) or b) program the ah to give automatic pricing on everything. Which isn’t going to happen. So just have to be stuck with it since they (exploiters) ain’t coming out.

Damon said they can track every gold transaction, which is how they were able to find and remove gold from some of the exploiters accounts. My question is... can our Devs see what was purchased using exploited gold? If so, did they check the exploiters accounts for stockpiles of Darrig Coins, Keys or Buffs... stacks of Blue Gathering Supplies... recently acquired Darrig Mounts, Fashion, Pets, Toys and Kiwa Mounts? Will they be able to remove those items or will the exploiters get to keep their ill-gotten goods?
We aren't removing all of those things-- but when we took gold from an account that was exploiting, we took it all, from every character on that account -- including some that was certainly earned fairly. We also have more security measures in place now.
Time to move on and look to the future-- that is, add more features and content.

I think that some Gold exploiters tried to save dirty gold an bought Red Keys before gold was tooked from them and now placed to the AH
On US-3 I saw a one guy from US-1 who was very active with buying Red chest on the US-1 during Gold Exploit and now he is appear on the US-3 and become very active with that again. And that very worry me...

I didn't want to say anything further on this topic, because I know our Devs are busy creating new content and @Damon Otter already said they're not going to remove any of the items, that exploiters bought with their ill-gotten gold... but I really think this is a mistake and the stockpiled Darrig items will be impacting our game, for a long time to come. Not just the mounts/fashion/toys... but the combat and villager buffs... AND if they've stockpiled hundreds of Darrig Keys, then prices for Darrig Chests will skyrocket. Even on US3, we're seeing prices for Darrig Chests increase and there are very few chests in the Auction House. Furthermore, exploiters may also sell their keys for gold... and if the prices are low enough, this may impact Crown Sales of Darrig Keys. Honestly, I wish our Devs would go back to the exploiters accounts and remove ALL Darrig and Kiwa items, that were bought during the gold exploit... and if any of the exploiters complain, too bad... they're lucky their accounts weren't banned.

When that guy appear on US-3 I was very worried. I never saw him around that he gathered or traded something and he start buying crown items and that start worry me. But when he started buying Red Chests that become very worry me to much! I did not want that US-3 become as US-1. And if you saw some new ppl who come from nowhere and become very active with buying everything around and throwing with gold left and right - then need keep an eye on them!
I lost to much on US-1 and didn't want that again on US-3

I've seen changes to the prices and market on US3, that definitely have me wondering if there are still players who have accounts full of exploited gold and/or Darrig Keys they can use or sell.

The Math is simple 1 stack of keys is around 3500 gold. One full Vault around 150k
10 Vaults - 1 500 000 gold
30 Vaults - 4 500 000 gold
7 character with 30 Vaults = 31 500 000 of Dirty Gold per account or server
And keys are very liquid goods, tha never will drop in price.
