Blighted recipes

Hi how can you learn the Blighted recipes have a Blighted Mineral Spirits recipe and Blighted treasure Dram recipe. When to the masters in Ash white and he cant help me
Is there something I'm missing ? Please help

You need specialization. Cooking master for dram and preparation master for the mineral spirits.

Still doesn't want to learn we have tried that with different Charactors

you need to have reached level 95, I don't remember if in cooking, etc. or in combat, and then go to the npcs with the recipes and the char with the specialization.

Also have to talk to the NPC in one of the blighted zones, sorry I forgot which.

You only need to be level 95 in the related skill (AND have the related crafting specialization). You do NOT need to be level 95 in combat! My preparations master was able to take the Blighted Mineral Spirits recipe to the npc in Dusk Twins and learn it when she was level 90 combat. (Her smithing, tailoring, and woodcrafting were all level 95.)

Only a potions master is able to learn the Blighted Treasure Dram recipe from the npc in Ash White, and they need to be level 95 in cooking.

Hope this helps clear up any confusion.

I was kind of dismayed to find that something that was given as a reward isn't able to be used by my toon

So I don't know for sure... but maybe you only need to have one skill at lvl 95+ to learn the blighted preps (if you're also a prep master, of course)? I just unlocked Dusk Twins on another toon, and decided to make her a prep master since my "real" prep master won't get to blight for a long time. This toon's smithing is 95, tailoring 93, and woodcrafting 91; but the prep NPC let me learn all 3 of the blighted recipes. I know I need to finish leveling tailoring and woodcrafting before I can actually make the belt & boot preps, but they show up as "known" in the recipe book now.
