About Earth shaman: the notes have very little changes but if it where me these are the ones I would make.
.fix gaia’s ward so it activates when the hp drops below 20% (I’ve seen it fail to proc as low as 7%)
.improve erosion so it removes a portion of the damage received entirely and staggers another portion (make it worth spending more than 1 point in it)
.improve diamond skin, all it needs is to extend the duration of terraform by the length of the invulnerability right now the ultimate only gives extra damage control when the damage exceeds the amount the shield can take naturally which like erosion is kinda lack lustred for the cost.
.improve the earth elemental’s, there nice and all but don’t really fit in to support a tank caster(they are more independent) so I suggest that when they expire they transfer all remaining hp and threat to the shaman as a bonus. that will make them function a bit better.

I’m pretty sure cure doesn’t work on root
all the classes except Ice lost or severely nerfed their stuns. I think it has something to do with boss resistance and ice’s skills… but I’m not sure on that.
Cure works on most roots, the main reason that a single cure won't typically cure a root is that most leafwads will poison you and root you. The first cure will handle the poison, the second the root.

Fine tuning some things based on comments takes a bit of time. Plus the testing continues.

You don't want to test the changes while the best avenue to do it is up in the form of raids? I can understand delaying this for 1 more week, or until after Easter, but delaying it until after raids is foolish. Everyone is done with their raids now and just doing their daily/weekly easy H1's. The EZ has been slowing down too.

No... Not everyone is done with raids yet. However, I don't mind them dropping the update during raids. Yes - most ARE done... and it will give a good chance to try out new builds and such, before the new raid season starts.

No matter what, these changes are going to be made and raids will still happen. Whether is this current season or the next. Also we are well over half way through the current season. There should be plenty of people who can still lead those who have not finish the season's raids to completion.
Personally I would rather be raiding with the changes. That way I don't need to use as many mana pots. It's so boring having to chug mana pots.

i dont think delaying till after raids is crazy at all in fact not a bad idea because after the patch hits the toons are gonna need alot of rebuilding and that means your performance is gonna be a mess till you get it figured out so for those not done with raids they get the shaft now your toon is a mess while trying to do raids and dont need to say they have enough issues as it is without having to add messed up builds on top of it. And no everyone is not done with their raids.

same place you got it before raids came around or between raids. Personally i havent ever got any gear any better than i have now from raids. And not to mention you rarely get the gear for your subclass i ran 2 raids today got 11 epics and 1 legendary and every single piece was shadow gear and im holy so a lot of good relying on raids for gear does.

I believe there’s a fix for subclass drops in the patch notes.
but most my gear is from raid drops, running a set of heroics I usually get about a bag of epic drops, I trash all the ones with garbage stats, then im still usually left with a bunch. If it happens to be better than mine I switch, if not I throw in vault or on AH for new 95s. This year I’ve found… 2 ring replacements, a nag leg brut armor, nat leg shield, a nag leg trinket that doesn’t have brut but I’m hoarding to see what I need after patch, and I think 1 more nat leg piece…
outside of raids, I’ve never found a good piece in blight, I’ve bought anything else I had from AH, had crafted, or was gifted to me.
